"I’ll start by saying that you won’t find a nicer place to stay. Hands down. I’m from Florida and often visit friends and family in the area. This is a gorgeous, quiet, clean and friendly motel. The pictures do not do it justice. Paige and Brad have put $$$ into beautifying the entire place. The flowers and shade trees are awesome. The back deck and seating is so calm and peaceful. Hummingbirds are always around flitting between feeders. The front porch and ramp have been replaced. Ok that’s just the outside. Inside is cozy and comfortable. Breakfast is available everyday just outside your door. The rooms are very clean and quiet. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave in our room was convenient. The owners Paige and Brad are super friendly and professional. Great people that seem like family. Guaranteed to make your stay great."

"Home away from home! Super cute country barn style family motel. Quaint. Simple breakfast is provided. There is a pool table and a quiet deck out back. Directly across the street from Gordie's Harper Bazar and bakery. Only 10 min from Olcott beach!"

"Cute little place, a home away from home. A B&B sort of feel. Free breakfast just like at the big chain hotels - but without the big chain hotel price. Nice little landscaped backyard off a two-level deck with plenty of tables and chairs. A real fire pit/ cookout pit."

"My family and I were looking for a place to stay while visiting Niagra Fall and found this little gem on the outskirts of town. It was a bit of a drive from the falls but the scenery was nice which made the drive seem even shorter. Parking was nice and spacious, checking in was easy and friendly and we were very happy to see that the room was very clean. All of the rooms are accessed by entering the building which the owners explained was a converted barn, super cool! I was happy to hear that there was breakfast items provided such as breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, etc and coffee. The little things like that make the biggest differences and contributes to an awesome experience. The owners live next door and are super friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in that area!!!"
