"I shop local and spend my money with folks in my community because of guys like Jay. Super nice dude, always helpful."
"They don’t do QR code returns. No problem with service, but disappointed that they were unable to ship my packages. I had 2 UPS boxes and 2 USPS to send. They do not do QR codes, so they couldn’t ship my UPS boxes or one of my USPS. My other USPS was in a priority mail box which is $17.10 at the post office, but which was quoted $32 here: they can’t ship priority mail flat rate boxes for flat rates here. He did advise me to go to USPS instead. He does provide directions for Amazon returns specifically to find a way to ship instead of QR code, but they charge extra for printing labels."
"Extremely friendly owner who is also very helpful and quite knowledgeable. The only place I go to do my shipping."
"Not the kind of place you want to bring your items and have shipped. First of when i got there the guy was arrogent and rude and was argueing with me about where i wanted something shipped so I ended up taking my box with me and ended up losing it on the back of my car being so frustrated with this employee. Who are you to tell me where i can ship my items? Thanks alot for making me loose about 3500! , if you would have just shipped the box to the address I told you too I would have never left with the box and lost it...ripple effect people ripple effect. I wont be returning to a place where i am not respected EDIT : After calling to see if someone might have turned in my package , This same employee said to me " thanks for the nice review too" and we got into a slight back and forth about who was at fault and as arrogent as he is he feels that hes entitled to frustrate others and is at no fault for anything after doing so to his customers. Just sad. I left our conversation with " This is a learning lesson for you man , next time just ship the box" who are you to worry about an address as long as its valid? Now im out of atleast $3500 in expensive cards that were meant to be graded and sold and the guy had the nerve to say he was trying to help me..."
"Excellent service. Fast & Efficient. Explained every aspect of the return. Very knowledgeable. I needed to return a light fixture via Fedx. This is a shipper that handles all the major shippers. Fedx , UPS, DHL. Local, nationwide and International Shipping. Very professional Hard to believe the bad reviews here on Google Maps. Dropped off my package Got a great cuppa coffee and a haircut. Really cute indoor mall with unique shops. Highly recommend"
