"The scheduling department refused to call my "husband" just that; she referred to him in speech and WRITING as my "boyfriend". He hasn't been my "boyfriend" in 32 years, but she called him that, even though I had corrected her. LGBTQ-IA folks know this as the familiar passive aggressive, homophobic dig (and a form of discrimination under NY STATE LAW). I am putting this out there before she dead-names a transperson."

"This place is a joke . Been going to clifton park family practice for 20 years and I will no longer waste my time and patience. First , I was in an automobile accident and went for a check the day after the accident . The doctor said your cat scans look good and there’s nothing I can help you with have a good day . Bottom line was I had whiplash , which I’ve had 2 surgery’s to fix , herniated a disk in my lower back and got carpel tunnel on my none dominate hand . Good think the cat scans looked good ? Now I have Covid and called my doctors office for the plaxcovid prescription and was on hold for an hour and a half to the point that I drove a half hour to get there . The message said they were closed but their answering service new nothing about it . I arrived to find that yes indeed they were open but had the phones turned off . I was told to call the nurse and now I sit 2 1/2 hours later and no call back , no nothing . Couldn’t care less about my health or anyone around me . I’m also recovering from my second neck surgery and Covid is making it much worse but once again …….. nothing !!!!"

"They charged me nearly $600 for a single x-ray. After disputing the charges for months and months they refused to reduce the amount even slightly. They are crooks. Go anywhere else."

"Both my husband and I switched medical practices and came here. We loved them. I saw the NP, he saw the MD. The front staff was so nice, have a sense of humor and were timely. The nurse was very nice. I really liked the NP and my husband said he liked the Dr. I believe we found the place for us."
