The Barracks Club

Located at 27605 Baird Point Drive in Cape Vincent, New York, The Barracks Club has been offering the best of the Lake Ontario experience since 1906. Originally built as a summer home and later transformed into a sportsmen's club, this hillside retreat is now a perfect spot for family reunions, parties, and guests seeking a private lakeside getaway.

The Barracks Club can accommodate up to 24 guests in a variety of lodging options, including private rooms, suites, and original multi-bed style accommodations. Guests have the option to reserve the entire Club, which includes the Lodge and the Barracks, for $936 per night with a minimum stay of two nights required.

The lodge features a grand room with amenities like foosball, card table, DVD player, and a bar, as well as two bathrooms with showers. The lodge sleeps 10 guests and is available for $440 per night with a minimum stay of two nights required.

For a more intimate experience, guests can stay in the "Captains Quarters" or the "First Mate's Quarters" in the lodge, offering stunning views of the lake. The Barracks Units 1, 2, 3, and 4 provide additional accommodation options with varying rates and amenities.

Guests are encouraged to enjoy the natural beauty of the lake and surrounding area, with a NY State boat launch nearby and a marina offering boat rentals within 2 miles. The Barracks Club also offers a library of loaner DVDs and "rainy day" games for entertainment.

Please note that guests are responsible for bringing their own bed sheets, towels, and personal care items. The Barracks Club is open during the season from Memorial weekend through the first week of October. For reservations and rates, it is recommended to book in advance due to high demand.
