I'm always recommending PC Richard & Son, because the customer service was excellent, the way they honor warranties is great, and they can still haggle a bit on certain items. I gave only 3 stars cause I walked in, and was greeted by no one, and while there are much fewer sales reps on the floor when compared to years ago, there was two reps watching an NFL game. The game was more important than the customer.... Not cool."
