"Dr. Cartagena is caring, attentive, and has also always been receptive to my concerns or ideas regarding treatment and medications. I appreciate a Physician who listens to you and also considers what you have to say. (This portion also relates to Suburban Psychiatric where she's located--) I have gone here now for several years to see Dr. Cartagena and have never encountered any issues with reception staff, either in-person or over the phone. I'm always able to get ahold of someone to re-schedule an appointment if needed. Anytime I've put requests in for refills on the portal or sent a message to my provider, it's usually done or replied to same day or next day - even though it says up to several days."
