"I ordered furniture from Value Furniture BK. Got me a beautiful bedroom set for myself and children and a nice console and kitchen table. Delivery was less than a week which I was so grateful for. Robert helped me with a little issue I had with my bedroom set. They’re very professional and friendly. He also made sure I was happy with my furniture. I will definitely recommend buying furniture from here."

And absolutely no customer service, everytime I called, it's call back or I'll call you back and they never do, it was stressful dealing with them. Please don't do it, take your money elsewhere."

"I spent $900 (cash hunny smh) on bedroom furniture. They brought it to my house put it together (all except 1 dresser that was wrapped in plastic) and left. Same day I called because after removing the plastic and attempting to open the drawers they fell completely apart.. they told me they would order me a new one and deliver it.. this was around the time everything started closing so I didn't push the issue too much until my bedframe broke on one side.. mind you this is all happening within a months time.. so i kept calling really wasn't receiving an answer then I walked past the store one day with my sister it was open i told them who I was and the situation they told me to return with the receipts.. it took me a lil while but I found them with in the next week and my boyfriend took them down to the store. He was told that they would be in contact to come and look at the furniture to see if it can be fixed first i said fine. No one came to my house that day at all so when I called the next day they told me to wait over the weekend I said fine again.. i have yet to have anyone come and look or even reach out to me about it again.. i bought this furniture in either February or March of this year.. so safe to say I won't be buying anymore."

"The customer service in this place Sucks I've been waiting for a TV stand a tv wall mount for a month now from Lance. Two weeks now everyday the furniture is to be delivered but can't be delivered. Today I was told the delivery is from 1-7 no delivery. Do not waste your time and money. Horrible customer service and this is robbery at this point"

"I have been shopping here for awhile, back when the business was in the other side of Pitkin. The staff is very nice and their layaway plan is flexible.They deliver items quick too and, they're really willing to work with their customers as far as scheduling the delivery. If you're looking for affordable furniture this is a great place to go."
