"I have no idea if shopping at the chasuna depot is convenient or not - I do know that they asked for payment without sending an itemized receipt. The first I knew about the order was a phone call asking for money, along with a threat that if I didn't pay they wouldn't send the preliminary order (not including the furniture) even though the kallah's side had already paid their share. I said I would be happy to pay after I received an itemized bill so that I could know what I was paying for. I received nothing. I had to call three times to receive a proper explanation (its a package deal - with specific items included) and finally a listing of what was included. My personal reference (I made 3 previous weddings) has shown that though it may be more convenient, it most certainly is not cheaper to buy at this depot. My experience has also shown that the depot considers the chosson's side nothing more than a cash flow source, which is inconsiderate and disrespectful. There should be a courtesy email or phone call to notify the chosson's side that an order has been placed including a detailed listing of what has been purchased. This can then be followed by an additional email/mailing requesting payment."
