"DO NOT SHOP HERE. I spent over $40,000 here and have dealt with nothing but incompetent and rude salespersons. The couch was misquoted and the order lost. Dates I was promised were not even close to realistic. They couldn’t find my order multiple times even when I gave them all the information. I was told custom orders were the only way to get my couch but in reality there are multiple in stock choices. I would not even expect this level of service from even a discount outlet let alone Roche Bobois. I’ve had better service at IKEA. I’ve contacted the New York district manager, Vinco (?) but never received a return call. REALLY? Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else, I wish I did."
