"They carry terrible merchandise that is poorly designed and meant to fail. This causes the customer to be in the dark for weeks waiting for parts this company doesn't keep in stock. Changing a light bulb requires taking the fixture off the ceiling and bringing it to the store, waiting for the bulb to arrive from China, then having the store weld the bulb into the fixture. There is no easy way to screw in the light bulb on one's own. They know few households have welding equipment. If one bulb fails the other bulbs go dark too. When I complained how onerous the procedure is, Kevin had the gall to say he didn't design the fixture. He actually believes he has no culpability even though he knows of the design flaws and still resells the light fixtures. He knows it will disappoint his customers who make the purchase. So many hours were wasted the first time I had to change a bulb. Now the second of three bulbs failed and I dread going through this process again and again. I know it will happen to the third bulb sooner than later. Maybe he & the manufacturer expect customers to throw away a $120 light fixture every time a bulb goes out. Avoid this store. They knowingly sell inferior products. Don't reward them with business"
