"When you are at the store buying something, they are attentive. But as soon as you purchase anything from them, they don't give a rats ... about you, even if you purchased an expensive brand new refrigerator from them. That's what happened to me. I purchased it and was very excited about it. Thw first time the store tried to deliver my refrigerator, one of the delivery guys tried to show me his attitude and tried to deliver damaged refrigerator. When I say damaged, I don't mean a scratch. I mean they either dropped it on its side or pushed it against something. Of course I refused to except this damaged refrigerator and instead called the store and spoke to the manager. He apologized and ordered me a new refrigerator. When a new refrigerator arrived different delivery guys brought to my house and installed it (the doors). While they were installing it, they made a dent in one of the doors and then they put a tape over it. That is why I didn't realize it before they left. When I began to clean it and saw the dent, I took pictures and went to the PC Richard store, spoke to the sales guy, spoke to the manager. They asked me to send the pictures to their email, told me they will order a new door and that was it. No phone calls and no door."
