"I was worried sick about my daughter with long curley hair getting lice recently. I went in to lice tamers and Melissa was so great! She assured me that if i followed all her directions and came in again to do the check ups (one and two weeks, covered in base price)we would be all cleaned up and good to go as quickly as possible. I had to do a lot of laundry of course, getting lice is always a nusance, but with Melissas help, the products she has, and a lot of washing we got rid of the problem with out myself or any of the other kids getting it. "The most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. My wife took my 2 girls for their first treatment, waited outside for 10 minutes until someone showed up. 2/22-I returned for a check. A live bug was found in my daughters hair and the owner immediately asked me "where have your girls been this week." In other words, it was our fault they still have lice. 3/1-Arrived at 11am for another check, NOBODY is in the office. I called, the owner immediately said I will have "Mary" call you back. Did not even apologize or explain!! "Mary" told me I can come back in an hour. I had already driven over 20 minutes to get there, I was not waiting an hour. I asked "Mary" to have the owner call me to explain what happened, NEVER heard from her. 3/8-Back again for another check. Arrived at 2:57 for 3pm appt, all the outside doors are locked. I called and the owner told me she will let us in in one minute. At 3:03 she pulls into the parking lot, for a 3pm appt!!! After not showing up the previous week! Got out and simply said hi, not even an apology. Thankfully, we seem to be lice free. I was offered some product on my way out, but only after I said I at least deserved a phone call explaining what happened last week. There are plenty of other "Lice Tamers" out there, find one!! This ain't it"
