"I just got out of this place and what a terrible experience, the front desk lady and the phlebotomist where absolutely unprofessional. They treated everyone very disrespectful screaming at their patients and at some point I heard one of them telling an older Hispanic lady to speak only English."

"I don’t normally write reviews. Had a 7:30am appointment, got there and no one was even at the reception desk until after 8:00, where they called one person up and ignored everyone else in the waiting room. I had to race up to the desk quickly before they disappeared again, to say that I had an appointment and ask when I will be called in. They said they don’t know why I was able to make an appointment because they always have a long wait. Yet they are the ones who had me schedule the appointment. I asked again how much longer I would have to wait and they said “another half hour or so” which would be putting me over an hour past the appointment time, so I had to just leave because I was going to miss work. It was critical for me to get the bloodwork done that exact day which is why I had an appointment. They said I could come back the next day and then said they will be very busy that day, so basically saying I will have the same problem any day that I go. I also was also not the only one with an appointment, there was another person there with a 7:45 appointment who they were doing the exact same thing to. They showed little to no empathy about it all. Horrible experience."

"I promised myself to not get back here after the first experience (rude people attending on the front, inexperienced nurse drawing your blood left alone...) but had to. They have 1 poor person attending on saturdays, she is in the window receiving, reviewing papers, attending phones, drawing blood... she is very sweet and was delicate but she needs help!!"
