ROSS DECORATIONS

"I went into the store to inquire about a center piece decoration. As I enter the store I see a girl having personal conversation on the telephone. I say hello and asked if she is an employee? She did not answer and looked at me with a nasty attitude. I stood inside the store for 10 minutes before she end her personal phone call to asked me how can she help me. I asked for the price of the center piece. She said two hundred and fifty dollars which I think is very over priced. Beside I asked why the price is so high? Her response was "it is sell already', i SAYS TO HER IF IT IS ALREADY SELL why still have it out on display? you should remove the item out of other customers site or put a tag on that say sold. The response I get from the employee was very rude, inappropriate and sarcastic. The attitude was it is my store and you cannot come into tell me what to do". I went to another employee to asked about the same center piece decoration and the response was quite different. My advice to the true owner of the store you need to get rid of Anna...... why, she is going to drive customers away from your store with the attitude she has. The real manager of owner needs to coach and train Anna customer service etiquette. Overall, the service is very, very poor."
