"I was looking for a sofa bed to replace the one I had which was becoming tattered, so my son and I stopped by this store the week before Christmas. I was met at the door by a young lady who seemed new but her pleasantness was welcoming. I would have left if not informed that what I wanted was on the lower level. Carlos led the way, and I met Michael who was very thoughtful, and who showed me the goodies in the catalog as well as those on the floor. I saw what I wanted and fell in love! He promised me delivery for the day after Christmas, but I was delightfully surprised when the next day he called and said that I would get it that Friday. The delivery men were great, and I must mention Christopher in particular. Altogether, a very pleasant experience, and of course, I love the new sofabed!"
