"I've been with this company since it was HIP, I've always had great service from front desk to doctors...Dr. Sarkisian and Dr. Saperstein are the best. I've relocated to Florida two years ago and I'm grateful for the care given...Only downside, time waiting to be seen after undressing seems long, but I appreciate the time spent discussing my health, so time spent with each patient takes priority to time waiting."

"Unprofessional they book appointments for patients that don’t show in other departments for example a simple blood work cannot be book properly through the phone . Just to wait for them to say they “don’t see the booked appointment “. No wonder this place has 3 stars . If it were up to me it should be 1 Star ."

"Let me start by saying my grandfather is 90, pretty strong, healthy, still drives, but 90 non the less. I called the office this morning to as if. E made it safely. The receptionist would not tell me quoting “HIPA”. I reiterated he’s 90 and I want to make sure she’s okay. Not once did she say hold on and even check if he’s there, get permission from him to tell me he’s there to ease my worry, not once did she offer to lok in his file and even call the emergency contact which by the way would’ve been US, she made no effort to try to assist. I think that’s very disgusting. He’s a 90 year old man who although drives pretty well he was driving a unfamiliar car today and anything could’ve happened. I would very recommend this office."

"I don't understand why it takes me months before I can see my Primary doctor and then when the date finally comes, it takes over an hour of waiting time to see the doctor."
