I ORDERED A FEW MATTRESSES AND AN UPHOLSTERED BED WITH A VOUCHER 1) THEY OVER CHARGED ME BECAUSE I HAD A VOUCHER 2) THEN SENT A BONDED LEATHER HEADBOARD THAT SITS ON 2 PIECES OF WOOD. 3) AFTER CALLING SEVERAL TIMES FOR 3 DAYS WITH NO ANSWER I GREETED JOE WHO RUSHED TOWARDS ME BECAME BELLIGERENT TOWARDS MY DAUGHTER AND I STATING I FRAUDED THE GOVERNMENT AND I CAN'T EXCHANGE IT. I ASKED FOR THE OWNERS INFORMATION, HE CONFIRMED HE IS THE OWNER, BUT TOLD ME HE HAD TO GET APPROVAL FROM HIS BOSS WHEN I WAS PLACING MY ORDER. OUT OF FEAR DUE TO HIS HOSTILITY WE WERE LEAVING, HE FOLLOWED US OUTSIDE REPEATEDLY YELLING I FRAUDED THE GOVERNMENT, SO THE GUY THAT WAS LOOKING AT FURNITURE I TOLD HIM DON'T BUY HERE. AN HOUR LATER THE STORE WAS CLOSED AND I RECEIVED A CALL FROM JOE CLAIMING TO BE A MANAGER FROM THE WAREHOUSE OFFERING TO FILE A COMPLAINT ON MY BEHALF. MY DAUGHTER SHOULD'VE TAKEN IT AS AN INDICATION SOMETHING WAS WRONG WHEN THE DELIVERY GUYS OFFERED SEVERAL TIMES TO PUT THE BED TOGETHER AND WARNED WE WILL BE CALLING THE STORE IF ANY ISSUES ARISE. JOE, IF THAT'S HIS REAL NAME, IS A LIAR, THEIF, SCAMMER, DRUNK AND PROBABLY A JUNKY WITH MULTIPLE PERSONALITIES WHO PURSUED TO PUBLICLY HUMILIATE ME. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN BUT NOT BEFORE I GET WHAT THE GOVERNMENT PAID FOR ME TO HAVE; A BED. I FOUND EVERYTHING LESS EXPENSIVE IN ASHLEY'S, HARLEM FURNITURE, WAYFAIR AND AMAZON WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PRIORITY, GO WHERE YOUR BUSINESS IS APPRECIATED."

"Lied about all the prices, wasn't familiar with the furniture in his own store, treated me like I was bothering him, argued with previous customers on the phone who were complaining about damaged furniture, barely paid attention to mw, was rude, didn't war a mask and was coughing. I can go on and on. I'm so happy I didnt spend a cent here."

If you need any peice of furniture or a mattress, do yourself a favor and look else where. These people are scammers. Beware! Carlos is a scammer and so is his nasty manager! They sent me a mattress I didn't order. The mattress I tried out in the store was firm. When I called the store and informed them that I got something soft and completely different, I was told that there's nothing they can do because it's the same bed. How can I pay for something I didn't want??? I knew I wanted a firm mattress for my back and got something soft! Something I didn't order! They refuse to give my money back and told me it was too bad that it was what I ordered. Then they called the police! Ha! Okay let them come! Let's talk about how nasty and disgusting the manager was! He told me to look at the camera, smile, and wave. How professional is that? What type of management is that? Don't ever come here. If you have money to throw away come here! Again BEWARE!!!"

"They are all liars from Carlos the sales person to Ala the supposed owner... They distorted my house after delivery, Carlos even came out of pocket to fix his error of sending someone he didn't know into our home to remove furniture from our apartment. Then was asking Ala who can assist he said sue Carlos he doesn't have nothing to do with Carlos sending strangers into our home or damaging the boiler,light or doors in the apartment. Save your money and time and don't deal with these scam artists!"
