"I have been going here for years and it has steadily gone downhill. Every time they finally have a decent PA they leave and patients are never informed when appointment is made. How can one get a yearly physical that does not include urine or blood work? My paperwork has been "misplaced" several times . They should have done everything in their power to keep Francesca. The constant turnover to me is indicative of a larger problem. Update- went for a follow up .. ugh bathroom pictures attached"
"The worst experience ever. Please find a place who really cares about you. This place is like a playground yet they make thousands of dollars. This is the 2nd time they gave me a wrong blood Pressure reading. You wonder why millions are suffering with hypertension meds! That’s because every year many patients are given wrong records due to insufficient training. I have always had a blood pressure ranging from 90/60-120/80. Two years in a row I received elevated recordings different numbers, and I knew it was incorrect so I had the doctor redo the readings and they were normal. Smh. Go figure! The put wrong information on your medical history and when I corrected them They never changed it. So I have a past medical history of things I never had. When told about it they stated they couldn’t remove it. It’s truly sad. Front desk and nursing assistants have no work etiquette and speak to you in an abrupt and rude manner. They take no time to get to know you, their records are easily accessed which is a violation of HIPPA laws. Well, my relations with this place has been cut after today. Please don’t go there. Seriously, find someone who will take the time to listen, understand, and serve your needs to the best of their ability. This is not that place."
"Worst experience ever. Minute you walk in all they want is $$ because this is all they care. On top of it a very rude receptionist. And then blame on insurance, how come if you use the same insurance company for past 5 years and visit doctor once every few months for the same blood test changed everything the minute I walked into this facility? Thank God this is my 2nd visit with them and I am better off going back to my previous doctor and taking all my family members with me because they don’t deserve it. They want patients with deep pockets or on Medicaid and I don’t have both."
"Very disappointed with this office. They are operating more like a urgent care facility and not family medicine with primary care providers. I had a PCP with this practice who left and patients were not notified or even introduced to other providers in the practice. Then there is my recent visit with a PA which I was extremely disappointed because I was the one initiating questions about my care. There is no follow-up or coordination of care. If you are trying to take your health seriously I do not think this is the place for you."
"Am frustrated with this establishment. I had appointment to meet with Fran today only to find out that she is no longer at this office . No one bothered to let me know. This is not right, if a PAC leaves then you should let your customers know so that we can make a decision. Same thing happend some time back when they moved Jenifer from the Valley Stream location and the same thing happened a few years back when they got rid off Malia. This keeps happening without a care about how the customer feels . The turn over off PAC is just too much with this organization and am sorry but this is not professional nor is it acceptable. I will not refer anyone here anymore and i will be moving my family and my extended family (8 people) elsewhere . Very sad beacuse i really liked all these PAC.
