"There's a little cookie that works here I believe her name is Shanthel or Chanthol. Cracking a smile is not necessary but the Attitude through the roof is unpleasant. Does not seem polite at all and seems to hate her job. I guess shes not compensated well. The Physical therapists are nice and polite though."

"I've been coming to PT for a little over 6 months for a motor vehicle accident back in May . There is no change in my exercises outside of the request i made from doing my own research, i was told by another doctor that i should get a sling for my shoulder which was badly injured during the accident but instead the doctor gave me a wrist brace after 5 months of being in his care. I don't see any improvement at all in any area of my body that I'm "rehabbing" and I'm a strong girl who is no stranger to exercise. It seems like they drag the process so they can have clients. other than that, The staff in the back who assist with the exercises are extremely pleasant. However, the front desk staff is not as friendly and they will triple book an appointment with the doctor. I have had a an appointment for 1:10, arrived at 12:40 and didn't see the doctor until 3pm because 3 other people in the waiting area had a 1:10 appointment as well. They seem very unorganized and unsure of how to help the doctor have z smooth ruining facility. I also noticed on several occasions the Spanish young lady that is often in the front never greets black people. She is super energized and friendly when the Spanish people enter the office but i watched her completely ignore "hello's" from black people including myself. If my case goes on much longer i will be asking my attorney to switch my DHD location. This place doesn't sit well with my spirit."

"I don't mind the wait. And Dr. Bernard is really nice. But your first impression is when you walk in the door & interact with the people behind the desk. There's this dark skinned young lady, with light brown hair, her attitude is the worst. I'm not sure why she has a job there (maybe she knows someone ) But working with the public is not her thing. She's mad at the world for some reason. I really hate seeing her when I go there. I try my best to ignore her. But it's never a pleasant interaction with her. She needs to be retrained or just terminated. Her attitude is really horrible And she's lazy. She's the reason I give them three stars. I was going to give the one, just because if her. Because one spoiled apple can ruin the bunch."
