"Salesperson, Will, was very knowledgeable about the product. During our visit to the store we were lead to believe that certain items were included with the sale. We thought mattress covers were included and when the mattress was delivered we found we paid $220 for them. No bed frame was provided to put the mattresses on. Will gave us his personal cell number at the time of the sale. We have called his cell and the store a number of times to clarify our concerns and there has been no return calls. Two stars for Will's knowledge but don't shop here."
