"Luxury level experience, store space and customer service. The store is far nicer than any other mattress store I’ve been in, and the owner Eric and manager John are both very attentive and knowledgeable. We got a new King size mattress and Eric worked with his team to get us expedited same day delivery! Our mattress protector didn’t arrive in time, so when we followed up Eric had one sent to us to use so we wouldn’t have to risk anything happening to our new purchase. Unfortunately we made too quick of a decision and got something that didn’t work for us (ended up being too soft) so when I called to see what we could do they agreed to let us exchange it even though we had gotten a floor model which normally can’t be returned or exchanged. We are still waiting for the new mattress which we hope will arrive soon but in the meantime we appreciate the peace of mind knowing we have the new one coming."
