"Sat in the waiting room over 45 minutes for a breast sonogram. While the receptionist was very nice, I was upset to have to wait so long. I eventually left and will be going back to Northwell. If they are that backed up at 10 am, I can only imagine the wait time in the afternoon. I drove 45 minutes because this was the only CHS place i could get an appointment and I really wanted to stay with CHS but that made me realize its not worth it. I could have went to Mather hospital 2 minutes down the road instead."
"This post has nothing to do with the facility rather more to do with staff member who happens to be a security officer on duty. I had asked for a wheelchair for a patient that was coming in for a visit with the doctor. I was sitting outside and observed a man that was let out of the car.He was waiting for his wife to park the car. While sitting outside I noticed the man only had a cane and was struggling to walk. I approached him asked him if I could be of service and get him a wheelchair. Due to him struggling to balance himself as he walked. I only feared that he fall really hard only to give himself a concussion and have to go to the hospital. So I entered the building requesting a wheelchair for the gentleman outside the building. He was waiting for his wife to park the car. The first thing that the security officer said to me is he has to see the man on camera from outside. I said what does that have to do the man is struggling to walk. Shortly after his wife came inside and I said I'm asking the security for wheelchair for your husband. It's when the wife came inside he proceeded to direct her to the wheelchair which were located behind him with no hesitation. I thought I was being a Good Samaritan trying to help someone that was in need. But according to your security officer he felt that he needed to witness it on camera from his station before he gave me any type of any type of assistance. clearly the man was in distress and struggling to walk. It is only when he saw the wife was a Caucasian that is when he helped with no hesitation. I never thought race play apart in helping someone in need but I guess in your facility it does. I am also going to make a formal complaint. Thank God the wife was extremely grateful to me for trying to render service for husband who was clearly disabled. The husband was happy to know that I took notice of his struggle. I remember if see something say something. But according to your security officer it wasn't enough. He drives a grey charger."
"Excellent place to have your MRI or x-rays done. Everyone is so nice, caring and accommodating. I recommend them to all my family and friends"
"Very clean and professional imagining center. Elizabeth was very caring, and professional at her job. Strongly recommended."
"I took my daughter here today for an MRI of her knee. Right from the start we felt so comfortable. The front desk staff was so nice, and they included my daughter in the conversation which I really appreciated. The tech, Chris, came out to get my daughter and that’s where she left me. (She’s 16). She was so happy with the experience - she got headphones and was able to choose her music, and there was an aquarium screen in the mri to keep her distracted. It was the best experience we’ve ever had for a test like this. I can’t possibly say enough about how beautiful the facility is. I’m hoping I’ll never need another test like this, but if I do I’ll be going here!"
