"Absolutely terrible communication, website shows availability and specific time slots to make request, receive no email, call day of appt that seemed to say was available and, oh website scheduling isn’t working, and blah blah. Its 2023, figure out how to have a working honest website or just don’t have appt scheduling showing days and time slots available. Good lord."

I also must give a nod to her receptionists/assistants they are lovely ladies who go above and beyond scheduling appointments that fit my schedule and they are always efficient with my medication refills. They are all a second family to me. If you need a well rounded practice with people who really care this is the practice you need."
