"I wish I could give a 0 star. This place is so ghetto and unprofessional, the evaluator who did my daughters evaluation was rude as heck, seemed uneducated to what he was testing. How pathetic! I will never go back to this place. I will be calling to file a complaint."

"This place is ridiculous, there staff are so bad there was a receptionist with color haired and she was being disrespectful to me unprofessional. Just talk with the other girls, and there was a short girl with glasses that was just walking around and making me wait around and just giving me attitude . You guys need to hire people who actually care about the patients. Unacceptable"

"So I came here on Monday June 19, 2023 and was told that the xray tech was not in, so I only had the option of speaking with the doctor, and I had to return on Friday June 23, 2023 for the xray. Today I'm here for the xray, I give the MA my letter that clearly shows today's return date and info written on the paper that I was rescheduled for the xray today!!!! This woman didn't even sign me in. I figured since she took my paper that she was going to put me in through the computer system or something but NO, I WAITED FOR 2 HRS...FROM 9 TO 11 A.M I SAT THERE FOR LITERALLY NO REASON. MY BACK WAS ALREADY HURTING 30 MINUTES IN, AND I WALKED BACK TO THE COUNTER around 11 BECAUSE I WAS ON THE VERGE OF CRYING FROM PAIN, TO ASK ANOTHER WOMAN HOW LONG WAS THE WAIT GOING TO BE. TURNS OUT IM NOT EVEN IN THE SYSTEM TO BE CALLED !!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! The woman was short with glasses and curly hair! No one who has a chronic back condition and multiple herniated discs should ever have to wait that long to be seen. I was finally given my xray that only took less than 10 minutes. Truly unbelievable smh. She needs to be suspended or fired, Or re-trained again. Now I'm home and my back is truly hurting when it wasn't this bad during my arrival time at 9."

"Close to public transportation buses and train. I had to do a urine test for work, I was in and out on less than 15 minutes. The lady that helped me was kind and courteous"
