"I just tried to make a new patient appointment. The woman who answered the phone was unfriendly, short, and rude, then she hung up on me while I was giving her my info. When I called back I was hung up on again. Third time I called I was sent to a voicemail. I am desperate to find a doctor's office outside of these corporations where it is so impossible to do something as simple as book an appointment without spending the entire day on hold."
