"What would we expect when the largest for profit healthcare corporation takes over? The practice has gone downhill since Optum (United healthcare) came to town. It's very difficult to get in touch with anyone and more than half the time I need to follow up to make sure prescriptions are signed and sent to the pharmacy. Instead of using it's scale to improve customer service, it seems Optum is instead focused on cutting costs at the expense of it's patients and employees."
