"This room was ok no staff on site drunk lady told ppl how to get hold of manager by calling voicemail and getting lockbox key window don't open DO NOT eat at restaurant next door unless you want food poisoning and high prices"

"It's in Gouverneur, which is a town that could really use more visitors. There is some nice stuff to do. A great ice cream shop is not too far away, jrecks subs in that town is a gem. We only stayed a night bc our cabin wasn't going to be ready in Chaumont so we picked a neighboring town on a map we hadn't explored, made an adventure of it and started our vacation, and this was it. I have to say the beds are rock hard. I have to mention that this hotel, in particular, their customer service, was impeccable. I never saw a human face to face, I had called the night before and got an answering machine. I DID NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE. I thought I'd cont looking for a hotel or find one in the morning or in the way. First thing in the morning, I got a call from them saying they had got a missed call, and did I still need a room? Well, yes, in fact, I did. So I booked it with them, they did everything to accommodate my family of 5 and 2 dogs. Then they knew that all staff would be gone before I arrived so they made arrangements with me so I could get my keys. Gave me my instructions for my room, and we left early the next day. They were very lovely people to deal with!"

"Overall the stay was very mediocre for a three star hotel. The staff in particular was very confrontational and hostile. After checking out, the group I was with was planning what to do for that day of our trip in the parking lot. A hotel supervisor ordered us to leave the parking lot because in her words "we had checked out and were no longer customers." After trying to reason with her she began yelling and threatened to call the police on us. The room quality combined with the staff made this the worst hotel stay I've ever had. They have no respect for their customers and are very confrontational"

"Very disapointed as we left my grandsons tablet at the motel and they couldnt mail it despite me telling them i would pay for shipping. My grandson is blind and he misses his tablet."
