"This place is a CONVENIENT stay, but not a good one. You have to basically beg for house keeping to do their job, if you’re looking for a hotel that will accommodate anyone who does not eat pork in the morning, keep looking because it’s not this hotel. The front desk staff is very unwelcoming. if you want extra towels you better ask when they are not washing towels because it’s inconvenient on the staff, regardless of you being a paying customer. "The hotel is very welcoming with a woods-based color palate and woodsy fragrance to match. The staff is always phenomenal. I am looking forward to the manager's meet and greet on Wednesday. The only complaint is they do not have a good enough cleaning process to eliminate pet odors. The rooms are clean but some don't smell clean."
