"We stayed in the cottage it was super clean and cozy. Our only complaint was we thought it was right on the river and it is not and there is no view from the cottage unless you go outside onto the lawn. But otherwise it was very nice."

"We stayed in the K's Motel cottage and were disappointed in the accommodations, especially for the price we paid. We were a party of four staying for one week. There was no storage in the bedrooms for our clothing and personal things. We had to keep our belongings in our suitcases which was very inconvenient. The living area had one futon for the four of us. We brought in the chairs from outside so we had enough seating. The beds were comfortable but in one bedroom they were next to the wall which made it difficult if you have to get up in the middle of the night. We know there are new owners and hope that they make significant changes so future patrons have a more comfortable and relaxing stay."

"K’s was the perfect spot for our trip to Clayton! The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The view of the river was beautiful. Best of all was that we could walk back and forth from downtown to enjoy all the shops and restaurants. I will absolutely stay there again!"
