"My experience here was FANTASTIC! I'll admit that I went into this store expecting to be bombarded with pressure and sales tactics, but I could not have been more wrong!! For a bit of context, I found myself in a situation where I very quickly needed to replace my bed and was going into this store just to start to get an idea of what I wanted (I had little to no background or education on beds). I was fully planning on finding something I liked, then scouring the internet for a cheap option or version, but I am so happy that I didn't. My boyfriend and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Reese Willgens when coming in. He was able to speak to every product in the store, point us in the direction of something that met the needs and wants for both of us and without making us uncomfortable or feel pressured in any way. He was a genuinely nice guy and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who asked and will be doing so for anyone I find needs a new mattress (Reese, if youre reading this review my mom may be coming your way). The process was painless and honestly as quick as we were able to make up our minds. Great news on top of a great experience, we absolutely adore the mattress he helped us pick out and if somewhere down the road we don't we have a 90 day sleep trial (which you usually don't find with in person stores!). Reese also made sure to educate us on all warranties, exchange processes, and even a low price guarantee!! Best part? The mattress was delivered the next morning after he pulled some strings. Seriously, respect for his incredible product knowledge and kindness. If you're thinking of buying a box mattress or skipping the in store testing for convenience/speed, don't.
