"I have ordered to-go container box (around 20 cases). When I have received the bill, I was suprised with prices they charged me. Two months ago, 3 or 1 comp, 200/cs was $16.49per. Case. Two months later, now it is $19.99 per case. I called company regarding the price. the customer care kept saying to contact sales person "jason Falk" who I never have seen him. I tried to contact with him via email and phone so many times. However, he never responded my emails and callings. How so unprofessional he is and Frankly speaking, I was so unplasant with their customer service,and the company and the sales person are the same. They seem to avoid their responsibilty for taking care of steady customer. This is time to goodbye this F**** company."
