Vein Treatment Center

"Would not recommend anyone go to this office for vascular care. Although the doctor seemed knowledgeable in his field, his staff is so incredibly rude. I had unreturned phone calls and when I asked a simple question I was hit with the worst attitude to the point that I was shaking evening speaking to the woman in the billings department. After asking for an estimated cost of the procedure I was told she “could tell me 4 million dollars if i wanted to.” She also cancelled all appointments without telling me so wearing compression for 3 months pre-op was wasted because she cancelled my appointments for the vascular procedure. When I contacted the doctor he also dodged my questions and when I clarified what I was asking for I was basically told I need to learn how insurance works (my question had nothing to do with insurance). Oh you also have to sign something saying you won’t ask them about insurance which seems like a red flag. This is not the way to treat patients. Go somewhere else where you’ll be respected."
