"Haven’t been to this office in over three years. Ive been healthy. I called today as my OBGYN, told me to go to my primary as I am pregnant and may need to be referred to a GI specialist, for a non-emergent issue. I was told a letter was mailed to me (that I did not receive) regarding being dropped. I understand this. However, when I was contacted by the office, which I thought would be to keep me as a patient. I was told that Dr. Peters is cutting back her hours and not accepting new patients. I was told to go to immediate care. I specifically asked, “to get a new primary, are you accepting patients or should I call another office?” I was told Dr. Nancy Peters is not accepting patients and to go to immediate care. I was shocked they did not want to keep me at all as a patient. New Patients, younger dropped patients, Seek care elsewhere. The office is not interested in keeping your business."
