"Severe lack communication! When you reach out multiple times to get something scheduled or a report of any kind they continuously fail to f/u. Nobody ever seems to know what’s, what. They were in a hurry to tale his money, but not in hurry to provide costumer service. Toes needed to be removed for gangrene. Two were already dead and 3 more well on the way to being so. Instead of doing them all at once they only took the two. I asked why, nobody could give me a straight answer. Very disappointing!!! (I’m not the patient, the individual I care for is.)"

"Absolutely horrible experience. They booked me for an 8:30 appointment and asked me to come in at 8:15. I was there by 8:10 along with a roomful of other patients. The doctor showed up at 8:40 and they started taking people back. I was led into a room and an hour later no one still came in to see me so I left."

"I made an 8:30am appointment and the doctor wasn’t even there. I was brought into a room at 8:50 and the doctor never came in. I had to leave at 9:15 to be at work at 9:30. There were 7 other people in front of me, all for an 8:30 appointment."
