"I bought (2) powder coated silverware sets and within 18 months the coating began to fail and form rust along the edges. At such a high price point I would expect to have more confidence in the quality of the product. Stainless steel should not rust this quickly. Customer service was unable to provide any assistance in the faulty product claim. I would not recommend purchasing any stainless steel products from Pottery Barn."

"Ordered online. The 3rd party delivery service was absolute trash. I ordered a $4500 bookcase with their “white glove” service and it was anything BUT white glove service. On top of that they sent a truck that could not make it up my steep NY State driveway. It’s NY State!!! One would assume they would factor this info into their delivery service but I guess not. It’s honestly a post-Covid world where service now sucks. I’ll only buy local going forward. Absolute garbage."

"I visited Destiny Mall Pottery Barn today - Brenda, the Store Manager, is the most professional, helpful, wonderful person. I have never met a retail person that I have more respect for. She was my Boss over 10 years ago - Pottery Barn is so lucky she stayed for so many years - her commitment is rare and amazing. Her staff is also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. "My husband and I went in there to check out some things we can put in our new house. We were not greeted, no one spoke to us at all. However we were being followed by the lady working there. I'm talking about her being only 5 feet away from us throughout the entire store. Every single place we stepped. When I would look at her, she would put her hair over her face or mess with her ear piece. Its sad because I saw some items I really wanted in there. However, that was the first and last time we will ever step foot in that store."
