"Everyone is super nice but the waiting room period takes extremely to long!!!!! Just to get called back to a room took over an hour and that is totally egregious and unsatisfactory. Again the staff is very nice and the place is very clean but the waiting times are insufficient for certain patients needs!!!!"

"Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience with a doctor's office. I ran out of a medication that I cannot let lapse and called the doctor's office twice to explain that it needs to be called in. I am now on the verge of missing three whole doses and have been on hold for over an hour. Dr. Lalley - my physician - is unhelpful, difficult to reach, and dismissive. I will be looking for a new practice."

"Getting an appointment for Dr Hoag can be difficult. You have to wait three weeks to get a physical. Dr Hoag was very good at listening but missed what was really going on. Once the blood work came back, I found out from my Pharmacist what was going on. My doctor never called me. Lucky for me he was on call that day and called me back to go over what was wrong and what we should do to correct the problem. A referral from my insurance company is necessary and the referral person is rude and nasty to talk to. For the most part I have been very happy there. I have been with the practice for approximately 8 years. The last year or so it has been getting harder to get an appointment quickly though."
