"I work for a local animal hospital and calling medications into the pharmacy is always a distasteful experience. I been hung up on several times both in the middle of my sentences and before I even got my office's name out. The pharmacist Rick was extremely rude in particular. He sounded very annoyed and irritated to have to take the call. Moving forward, recommending that any and all clients do not use this pharmacy and I suggest the same for any human medicine as well"

"Honestly, I was extremely unsatisfied with the service I got here, and I eventually switched to a different pharmacy after I had had enough of how this pharmacy runs. I got my meds delivered to my home by them, but if I wasn't immediately at the door, they'd leave in about 2 minutes and not wait for me to get to the door. And I have mobility issues, it takes a second. Also, when I went to the pharmacy in person to pick up the meds they came to deliver at my house and took back, they told me I had to pay a copay despite having two insurances.. they billed them wrong and then told me they couldn't rebill them, so I had to pay the copay, even though I'm on these insurances to help me pay because I'm honestly just trying to get by. My new pharmacy has no issues billing my insurance, it's only Garro's. Really unsatisfied with the service I got here."
"I just started using them a few months ago. So far they have been awful. They dont fallow through. One example is when my doctor sends the prescription in and I call them to tell them to deliver it they say ok and then I dont get the delivery so I call them and they tell that they have to order it. Why not say that and order when I call ti gave them deliver it? And there has been a few other instances. So far I do not reccomend them They definitely do not have good communication skills. Hopefully this will change so I wont have to look fir another pharmacy."
"My son needed new tubing for his albuterol kit. My doctor sent his medicine to another pharmacy, and told me she had to call me back to send a prescription for the tubing to another pharmacy. She called back and told me Garro’s. I went after work, and i told them what i was there for. The owner asked me “so you have the kit? You have the medicine? So you’re coming to me for a 2 cent tubing then” then had me wait for the items. I stood aside and another patron asked a question about his doctor having to do with sending prescriptions. The owner told him “tell him he needs to learn how to use a computer, just because he's a new doctor doesnt give him an excuse.. im kidding (not), tell him to write it down on paper”. And so when i got my items i told him i will get my materials someplace else if he feels he isnt making a profit off of the materials. I would have told my doctor to send both there in the future, but now that will not happen. Respect goes a long way and the customers keep the business open. Please remember that. Being rude for no good reason does nothing for a business."
