"Tin packaging of food/snacks everywhere, walked around, no food presented, lady in the front was talking to someone on the phone the whole time, and loud, i could hear the person on speaker. Not the best customer service. Originally wanted some breakfast but decided on just coffee, no cream available, low fat milk available not presented in fridge which I think is ok, but no spoons or stirrers, ask the lady in the front she got up still on the phone check around and in cabinets, found no spoons, gave me a straw and continued with her convo on the phone.Went to pay in cash,she charged $3.00, gave 20, she had no change, so ended up paying $3.12 on my card. Maybe in this area she is known and popular, but service needs works and critics would agree if they experienced what I experienced."

"Was so nice to find an authentic Moroccan/Israeli Woman creating fresh and high quality sweet and savory dishes in Ced! My husband and I tried the date cookies and baklava assortment for sweet and the Kaak cookies and sandwiches for savory. 10/10 would recommend trying these dishes!"

"Came across this deli to get something to eat while waiting for the LIRR. I went in with my friend and the lady completely disregarded us (mind you that we were the only ones coming in and she wasn't busy). We went up to her to ask a question and she gave us a face and rudely said no and didn't even bother given us other options to try. I told my friend that we should go because she clearly doesn't care about customer service. We left and would never be returning to it."
