"Can I give 0 stars? If I have to put a star then I have to, but I would like to give them a BIG, FAT ZERO. I had a BBQ and found a piece of raw (not hard) but RAW potato in a tub of salad recently. Figuring they should want to know as well as make good on the fact that I had a bad experience, I emailed them about it. Usually companies CARE about customer satisfaction. Many still do. But not Sally Sherman. They basically blew me off. They didnt suggest to return to the store as I read with another commentor, but really - should I have to? In this case, it is not because it was spoiled which MAY be due to the store. This was in the processing of the salad itself, clearly the companies fault. THEY should be the one to take ownership of the problem. And I really shouldnt have to drive back to the store to do this in this case. But again, I repeat, that wasn't even suggested to me. The VP of Customer Support (VP!!!!!) basically said, "Aww...sorry". OMG losing a life long customer over a tub of potato salad....such narrow mindedness foolishness."
"Terrible Cole Slaw. Bought their Cole Slaw and it tasted like paint, it actual left a bad aftertaste in my mouth that it made me sick. The product was not expired but when I called the company up for a refund and they told me they don't offer refunds and that I would have to bring it back to the store. Terrible product and customer support."
