"Rescheduled appointment of my friend 2 times- who is suicidal and her meds not working . Didnt call in initial medication till 10 days after the visit - required multiple calls to get the medication to the pharmacy Gave a follow up appointment 1 month later and rescheduled twice He was not even in town on the day of the scheduled appointment which led to rescheduling the appointment at the last minute This is playing with a young woman’s life who is also mentally traumatized"
