"They need customer service training. Not friendly at all. I live close but started going to the further location to get better service and not feel like im a bother."
"Whoa!....so they screwed up my ice coffee...I asked the young blonde girl behind the counter ( she flipped her badge so I couldn't read her name) to fix it...she grabbed it out of my hand ...ripped the top off dumped threw it in the sink...flung open the fridge...I literally stood there is SHOCK as she slammed...threw and literally banged everything around her...at first I wanted to say something to her...but I didn't...I did however watch thru the window while she talked about how horrible a person I was to have her fix her mistake to the other lady she worked with. I won't return..."
"I just stood in line for 5 minutes at the stewarts on sand creek and Osborne. Both workers looked right at me and didn't say a word. finally they said move to the other register. stood there another few minutes and they started taking care of other customers so I left and won't be returning to that store."
"My friends had a breakdown and were able to safely pull into this Stewart's. The manager on duty was very kind and said they could leave their car there. I picked them up and brought them home because their mechanic wouldn't pick up. The next day, the day manager Ciara came in and called a towing company to have it towed. When my friends called to ask where it was/what company towed it because they never got a call from the towing company, she wouldn't tell them! Proceeding to call them *ssh*les after walking away from the phone. Is this really the kind of people Stewart's hires to represent their company? My friends had to call corporate to find out where their car is being held and they are charging them no small sum of money. I'll be making it a point not to stop at this location and advise others who value decent customer service to do the same. Simply unacceptable, rude, and cruel."
"Closes at 11 but I cant get one simple milkshake made at 10:35 pm? Lol the nice younger male employee told me he’d make it for me and then she just rudely says no. I assume this is the same gem that the person below me is talking about - older woman, dark hair, looking absolutely miserable. Please help her with her customer service skills because she’s definitely lacking"
