"I've been shopping here for several years. Its just your standard, run of the mill grocery store. No frills and so-so quality. Fairly clean, but not the best produce or seafood. Customer service is usually not great and the employees seem like they'd rather be elsewhere. Too bad it's the only store in Ballston Spa besides the 8 gas stations. Tonight I had to shop late and because the last cashier closed her lane at least 15 minutes before store closing, I had to run a full grocery shop through self checkout. At least 4 employees went out of their way to make sure I knew I wasn't welcome at the store near closing, ranging from muttering under their breath in the aisles, staring me down, to hovering over me at self checkout. If your employees weren't so lazy, I could have been gone by closing and if your employees want to leave at 10:30, don't stay open until 11."

"The meat quality is really good at this Hannaford. You can catch a meat sale and walk out if here with some nice cuts or meat for a great price. Great for stocking the freezer. Parking lot is small and cramped with zero shade. Produce is fresh, nice selection. The location is convenient, saves a trip to Round Lake or Milton."

"I for one am ecstatic that they opened this Hannaford up. I'm sure all of the locals are too. It's tucked back in behind McDonald's and has plenty of parking. They have a Clynk return station like the one in Milton. Prices are great on all products. Be sure to sign up for Hannaford Rewards if you are not a member yet."
