"Horrible service. They gave my mother expired medication. When I came back to the store to notify them of this they refused to give me a new box with an expiration date that hasn't expired. The pharmacist was not helpful at all and said there's nothing they can do. Gave me the expired box. And walked away."

"Store has not aged well. Moved 2yrs ago, I was in the area so I went to see my old house I stopped off at CVS to get a protein drink The store is a complete dump The carpets are filthy it looks really old the refrigerators are making all clanking noises they didn't even have any protein drinks. somehow CVS corporate has ignored revamping this location. I love my CVS in Rocky point The staff here in West Babylon is very nice though."

"Had to call the pharmacy to see if a scrip had been sent in. The woman on the phone was the least pleasant person I think I have ever had the misfortune of having to speak with. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her asking her to perform the job for which she is paid. It's a great CVS, but they need to do something about customer service. Sick people don't need to feel like they're inconveniencing the pharmacist."

"Good shopping trip to CVS. They had a selection of items in the snack aisle and freezer section that were familiar and tasty. I picked up a box of egg rolls to go with my dinner. Nothing like ending the night with something tasty."

"Visited two other local locations and they were unable to help me obtain a passport picture due to non working cameras. I met Pat at this location and she was every helpful and gave excellent customer service. The store front is also well kept stocked and front-faced. Keep up the great work( give her a raise!!) will return to this location in the future. Please get the other stores some new cameras"
