"CVS is a good place to shop for your medicines and I’d recommend all my friends or relatives to go to CVS"
"The most useless cvs of all time ! Manager never opens on time if your kid is sick and needs his medicine or anything don’t trust this place they will not be on time or useful when you need them."
"Went to this CVS around 4:30 on 12/7. I was the only shopper in the store. There were no employees standing behind the register; rather, there was one girl wearing a CVS shirt standing in the vicinity of the self-check out stations. Her head was buried in her phone. Now, I'm a very personable shopper who loves chatting with my cashier - as a remote worker, it's sometimes the only human interaction I get in a day - but I have no problem scanning my own things when I have to. As I approached the self-check out station to scan my items, I said to the employee, "Hi, how are you?" She did not look up from her phone. As I left, I said, "Have a good night." Again, she did not look up from her phone. Is this what the role of the employee has been reduced to? From a personable helper to a mindless robot? A former cashier myself, I would have been fired *on the spot* for being on my phone in front of customers. Shame on this employee for making me feel isolated, and shame on this store for encouraging unprofessional behavior. The pharmacists at this location are ALWAYS attentive and kind... the employees on the floor, not so much. :("
"I am sure that not all employees are bad here. I don’t want to insinuate that. One cashier who’s name begins with J, and I am polite not to mention her full name was extremely unprofessional. This woman was African American and she was a racist towards me, a Caucasian customer. She didn’t look at me and gave me a loud and rude tone when I had asked her if the self check out worked. Please be aware that there is unprofessionalism and racism in our society. Doesn’t matter what color the person is who is being held accountable. I experienced very poor and disgusting customer service by Ms. J. Please be advised if you enter this store. Thank you."
"I called to see if somebody can check if there were any Visa gift cards for me to purchase. I collected money for my kids classes for their teachers. I've been to this CVS before and they didn't have it, so I figured I would call the CVS before I wasted my time going down since I've already been to another CVS and they didn't have it either. Well the woman who had an accent, I believe she was Indian, told me she couldn't help me and hung up on me. Way to go customer service!"
