"Jarring and upsetting experience. Never will come back again. Came for small flowers and quickly purchased with my phone. Walking out I looked at recpeit and shocked that they were $30 and not $10. I saw a loose sticker on it thinking it was there on accident so I went to cashier to ask. Then a woman came charging at me talking loud and in an agressive manner that there are no refunds and that prices were different becsuse of the holiday. Mother's day was days before so I said well it's not a holiday I shouldn't pay holiday premium for these. She was loud and combative saying you get no refund again and it's too late you purchased them. Which was 30 seconds prior. I don't have a problem if that is the price but she came at me hot when I was anything but quiet and cordal asking a question to the other person at the register. Eventually after some more back and forth with her being agressive and me casually asking for a refund of the difference she snatched the flowers from me and gave me my money back. I figured it was the difference between premium price and regular price since it was not a holiday. She then shouted she wasn't selling me the flowers because she wont give them to me for regular price or at all. I was dumbfounded. She was just so horrible speaking that way to me or anyone. That's the worst customer service I have ever experienced in as far as I can recall. I was in a great mood excited to go to my daughter's first recital and she totally ruined it. I left quite shooken up and went to stop and shop for a much nicer bouquet of flowers and less than half the price. This person should never be allowed to interact with customers. Avoid this person. I for one will never go here again and will spread the word."
