"Would be 1 star but the Employees are really nice here. The issue is that there is an obnoxious bell that goes off every time the door opens. I only see a purpose to this during late weekday nights. Why do they keep it on during busy hours? It’s goes off constantly.. people are going in and out nonstop and the bell is going off nonstop and it’s super loud. Has 711 owners ever considered the mental health of their own employees and customers? I will not be going back here.. not unless I want to cause myself a ton of stress. I couldn’t even think while I was there"

"I just left this 7- eleven. I paid for 2 slices of Cheese pizza and they didnt have it so he went to make it and asked me if i wanted 4 instead (i assumed this was for having to wait.) He then went to the register and told me a new total. I told him i misunderstood what he asked and only need two slices. This is how i got them. Who serves food like this?"

"Worst 7-11 in Nassau's. Horrible service, old and expired food, and bad service. The old woman behind the counter was clearly not 100% percent there. Look. Its a 7-eleven. I know you shouldnt expect much. But Id rather drive the extra 3 minutes to the one on N. Jerusalem then deal with that woman again."
