"The pharmacy techs are great. Some of the store personnels are racist. Once, I was waiting on line being the 1st, the guy called the latino that was after me and let me standing there. I talked about it and he argued with me about it instead of saying sorry. He said he thought I was just stand there. Why would I come to just stand on line at Rite Aid?"

"This is the best pharmacy of my lifetime. The pharmacists, especially Justin Kang, and the manager of the customers behind the pharmacy counter, James, time and again treat all customers with respect and courtesy and manage all of the pharmacy operations at the highest standards of excellence. I work in Garden City and I live in Muttontown and I purposely have all of my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy because of their professional attention to patient safety, to helping patients comply with health insurer requirements and to explain to customers how and why and when their needs and requests can be honored. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and I would not go to any other pharmacy. I’ve had my flu shots,, vaccines, and other healthcare/medical applications provided here because of what I’ve witnessed with the quality of their techniques and methodologies. The pharmacist and support staff set the standard for customer service for all businesses to achieve. The store is well maintained with shiny floors, well-stocked isles, cleanliness and welcome seldom experienced in our NYC/LI region. This pharmacy is easily and conveniently located off the Northern State and Old Country Road. It has plenty of parking. The pharmacy hours are open most days for 12 hours, while the store itself has even more extended hours."

"Store is out of control. No manager on duty. Cashier barely speaks English. No one answers the phone in pharmacy or in store. Line for prescriptions is 20 people long. I go up to the pharmacy window to ask if anyone will answer the phone, rude pharmacist says "No one answers the phone". I never saw him before but he clearly is inept as the cashier in the pharmacy kept having to tell him what to do. Cashier is always helpful as is the regular pharmacist, Justin. But from his attitude, I do not feel confident that this new pharmacist will dispense me the correct medication so I will no longer be using Rite Aid pharmacy. And no manager on duty, and the cashiers can't answer any questions or answer the phone? I called for a half hour just to find out if my prescription was ready and no one answered. Called 1-800-RITE-AID and the person I spoke to couldn't get anyone to answer the phone either. I walked out without my prescription. Stay away."

"Very clean and bright. Always has what I am looking for. That new self check out is the best one I ever used compared to all the other stores that has them. I never been to a pharmacy like this. is just perfect! Love it. Keep it UP"
