"I always have the most amazing experience at the CVS on Franklin Avenue in Franklin Square. The staff is extremely friendly, extremely helpful and special. Thank you to Michael in the pharmacy who is the one man stand at everyone in there is very nice and kind and very helpful. Michael is an amazing pharmacist. Karen greet you when you walk in with a smile on her face. If you need help, the place is always clean. I commend the store immensely and I commend every single worker in here. Not only are a third of the products under lock and key making you feel like you are a common criminal, but they now claim they cannot return items purchased with an OTC card even with a receipt! Manager on duty today was absolutely useless (and has been in the past--forcing me to go to another location where I was able to get my transaction completed). Look elsewhere for your needs because the parking lot here is the pits anyway."
