"First when you pull into the parking lot they have a truck parked in the parking lot against the building as if it’s their personal parking spot then you walk in and the place is so dreary not enough lighting the counter where you make your coffee or tea is not cleaned and when the worker sees you cleaning he gets mad because you are doing his job. And last but not least all of the workers are rude and doesn’t have good people skills. They all need to learn how to deal with the customers that patronize their business."

"This location is almost always out of creamer, cups, coffee holders etc. Its not the very clean nor are the staff helpful except for the female worker. I dont think these people know what customer service is as the manner they speak to you is rude and undisciplined. GO TO ANY OTHER 711 location and you'll notice the difference."

"this store is part of the Newport deals I was spending like 25$ and they didn't accept the 1$ off to Newport and on the Newport website it stated that this location participated in this deal and the guy was like no so why on the web site it said this location dose unacceptable and unsatisfactory experience. For 1$ off you lost a customer and sad thing is other 7/11 accept this coupon and why the Newport or the app said you guys are part I spend my gas money to shop and you guys didn't take this coupon so why participate on false advertising"

"Employees were kind to me. However the man in front of me trying to use his EBT was not treated kindly nor would they accept his EBT/Snap card (most 7-elevens do honor those&treat everyone equally. This location was very clean on the inside nice variety of Candies/snacks& merchandise. The neighborhood seems a little rough. Their slurpee machines were in order and the slurpees were all good especially the limited edition Nerds Candy."
