"The cashiers are so rude . Since they renovated the store and have all new cashier . They are so rude and unprofessional. They double scan your things, the when it’s time to fix it the process takes 1 hr. They can’t figure out what to do . They need to be train properly and professionally. This is my fourth time this year and every-time there is a problem with double scanning and not getting the sales price. I do understand that mistakes happen but is the smart mouth and attitude you get from the cashiers when it happen and it’s always the Spanish cashiers . They need to hire more black cashier . I been going there for 10 yrs and never had this problem. It’s since the new people took over . Shame on them"

"Please be careful of this place. When they say they are poisoning our people in the community they are doing just that. This place has been selling out dated food and making as a future date of expiration. I brought some Potato bread from here 01/04/2024. The name of the company "Schmit Old Tyme" potato bread. It's marked expired Jan 15th with no year. Once I got home and was about to eat this Garage. I noticed some pink like molding looking stuff on it. How's that possible marked Jan 15th. What's year I'm this Western beef. They need food inspectors here to conduct a thorough Food Inspection. Please see photos. Also I will be calling the food inspector ls my self. This is ashame."

"Been searching Long Island and Queens for the elusive Dragoon Stout. Shop n Save app was grossly inaccurate. However, the lady there sent me to Western Beef. It was in stock. Now I have to wrap them up good for the trip to Houston."

"I have no idea how this place was able to come up with a 4-star rating, but trust me, it's a very wrong assessment. If stars could come in negatives, this location deserves it. The meat department is an eyesore, especially when it comes to beef which is supposedly red meat. The beef is black, most of the time, and stinks too. The first time I noticed, I complained to one of their managers who made it appear like it shocked her to see rotten meat on the shelves. It is a clear pattern, and that is all you'll mostly see. I am not exaggerating (I have no reason to) when I say this location has a penchant for selling rotten meat."
